When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you provide — your name, job title, business name, email address, telephone number, the type and size of your business, and anything you write in the message field.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to assess and set up a trade account, and to administer that account. If you tick the marketing box we will also send you occasional updates about our range; you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
We rely on your consent for marketing, and on our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries and administering accounts for everything else.
Your details are stored in our business systems, which are operated for us by our IT providers. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiries that do not become accounts are kept for up to 24 months. Account records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and company law.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
